About Acifix Suspension

ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE+MAGNESIUM HYDROXIDE+SIMETHICONE+SODIUM ALGINATE belongs to a group of medicines called antacids used to treat acidity, heartburn, indigestion, gastritis (inflammation of the stomach), stomach upset, and bloating. The abdomen is usually protected from the acid by a mucous layer. In some cases, due to excess acid production, the mucous layer gets eroded, which leads to complications like acidity and heartburn.

ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE+MAGNESIUM HYDROXIDE+SIMETHICONE+SODIUM ALGINATE belongs to a group of medicines called antacids used to treat acidity, heartburn, indigestion, gastritis (inflammation of the stomach), stomach upset, and bloating. Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide works by neutralising excess stomach acid. Simethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitates the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract. Sodium alginate forms a protective barrier, thereby prevents irritation due to acid. Directions for Use

Take ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE+MAGNESIUM HYDROXIDE+SIMETHICONE+SODIUM ALGINATE with or without food. Take the required dose/quantity of ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE+MAGNESIUM HYDROXIDE+SIMETHICONE+SODIUM ALGINATE using the measuring cup provided by the pack; shake the bottle well before each use.
